Daric Gill - Interdisciplinary Artist Interdisciplinary artist Daric Gill specializes in robotic sculptures & oil painting. He holds an MFA from the University of Cincinnati & a BFA from Columbus College of Art & Design. A Welcomed Delivery

Today I received a very important package in the mail. No, it wasn’t the latest gadget from Amazon. It was however, two of my trompe l’oeil paintings  that were on loan at the John F. Peto Studio Museum, NJ. I’m happy to say that they’ve made their round trip journey in safe keeping. New “Absolute” Painting Is Potently Petite

At just over 4 1/2″ wide, this is the smallest “Absolute” painting in existence. However, don’t let the small-scale fool you. “Absolute: Certainty”  has so much to say.  With exposed painterly edges and remnants of the pencil drawing underneath, this is the first painting in the series to harken back to its creation.
