Absolute: Certainty

“Absolute: Certainty” Is Certainly Special

New “Absolute” Painting Is Potently Petite

At just over 4 1/2″ wide, this is the smallest “Absolute” painting in existence. However, don’t let the small-scale fool you. “Absolute: Certainty”  has so much to say.  With exposed painterly edges and remnants of the pencil drawing underneath, this is the first painting in the series to harken back to its creation. News Anchors Fall For “Tempting” ToeHead

New ToeHead Gets Help From TV Personalities!

The newest ToeHead made its début on TV this week. It was my pleasure to join fellow artist, Jay C. Moffett & WTTE Fox 28’s enthusiastic Good Day Columbus hosts in part to promote my artwork & Ohio Art League’s annual fund-raising event. In Over Your Head

“In Over Your Head”, ToeHead Illustration Debut

New ToeHead Is Over His Head!

The latest piece in my ToeHead series is called, “In Over Your Head”.  This sketch has been in my sketchbook for a while now and it’s only now that I’ve found the right piece of wood for it. Reclaimed from the scrap heap at Columbus Idea Foundry, this piece of wood had just the right wood grain to give just the right added emotion to the piece. Stick Em' Up!

Antique Barn Siding Becomes ToeHead

Check out my latest ToeHead, “Stick ‘Em Up!”

This new ToeHead was made from a piece of reclaimed barn siding that is easy over a hundred years old. After cutting the slat into 3 sections (so I can use it for multiple art pieces), I transferred “Stick ‘Em Up!” using an old school data projector.
