This year I’ve decided to go through some of my collection and update the documentation of a few pieces. Yesterday’s shoot featured one of the earliest “Absolute” paintings, “Absolute: Torn”.

Sketching in the woods 1If you’ve ever read my blog before, you’ll know that I often find objects of inspiration while hiking through the woods and abandoned spaces. This latest painting was no different. On a beautiful fall afternoon I loaded my backpack up with drawing tools and headed off for the woods.
